For our “Customer-Focused Fanatics”, the saying, ‘customers come first’ is embedded in their DNA. These merchants put the giving power in their customer’s hands—whether it’s letting them choose a cause to support, empowering them to round-up or add-on a donation to their purchase, or even enabling them to turn rewards points into donations.
These merchants employ social impact strategies that keep their customers top of mind, and serve as a powerful way to engage them in a more meaningful way.
